career opportunities - single image

The Kiddie Corral promotes a family atmosphere and it begins with us and the teachers we hire. We pride ourselves in seeking out individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to excellence. Through industry workshops, conferences and webinars our staff have the opportunity to stay up to date with issues within the early education and care field.

All of our teachers exceed NJ state licensing standards and requirements:

  • NJ licensing requires 8 hours per year of training, our staff participate in 24. These workshops are provided to our staff paid and on-site.
  • Every member of our team is CPR/First Aid certified and has received a training on food allergy awareness and Epi-pen administration.
  • Our staff register with PINJ (professional Impact New Jersey), PINJ is a statewide initiative implementing systems to enhance preparation and continuing education of early childhood and after school practitioners. Staff that are registered with PINJ can participate in workshops and conference to enhance their professional development and career path. Our center will participate in a PINJ voluntary rating process once we have been open for a year per program guidelines.
